Hard

A great man is hard on himself because he knows the weight of responsibility and the value of humility. He examines his heart, he corrects his flaws, and he disciplines his life so that he can walk in integrity before GOD.

A weak man, on the other hand, refuses to look inward. Instead, he shifts blame, criticizes, and tears others down in an attempt to cover his own insecurities.

True strength is not in pointing out the failures of others but in allowing GOD to refine you, break you, and shape you into the person HE has called you to be.

When you let GOD search your heart, you no longer need to burden others with your weakness.

You can stand firm in HIS grace, lead with compassion, and love with sincerity. It is better to wrestle with yourself in the presence of GOD than to crush others under the weight of your pride.
