GREATNESS IS RARELY SOMETHING A PERSON SIMPLY WAKES UP POSSESSING

Greatness is rarely something a person simply wakes up possessing. It is built slowly through moments that demand more from you than you thought you could give.

**“Tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope.” — Romans 5:3–4 (KJV)**

Pressure reveals what comfort keeps hidden.

Difficult seasons force you to become stronger, more disciplined, more patient, and more capable. Every setback teaches you something success never could. Every responsibility strengthens a part of you that would otherwise remain undeveloped.

**“Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” — James 1:3–4 (KJV)**

The pressure itself does not guarantee greatness. What matters is how you respond to it.

Some people run from difficulty. Others allow it to shape them.

**“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations.” — James 1:2 (KJV)**

When life becomes heavy, do not immediately assume you are being destroyed. You may be developing the strength required for the next version of your life.

**“We glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience.” — Romans 5:3 (KJV)**

Diamonds are not formed in comfort, and neither is character.

God often uses the pressure of life to refine what is within us.

**“That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire.” — 1 Peter 1:7 (KJV)**

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep enduring.

**“Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9 (KJV)**

One day, the pressure you once hated may become the reason you can handle what others cannot.

What felt like weakness may have been preparation.

What felt like delay may have been development.

What felt like pressure may have been God strengthening you for something greater.

**“For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth.” — Hebrews 12:6 (KJV)**

You may not understand the weight while you are carrying it.

But keep carrying it with faith.

Keep showing up.

Keep learning.

Keep enduring.

Because the pressure does not have to destroy you.

In the hands of God, it can refine you, strengthen you, and prepare you for what He has called you to become.

**“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 (KJV)**
